When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-4 days to process and package orders. Many of our products are made-to-order so please be patient while we create your new favorite necklace!
All orders shipped USPS unless otherwise indicated. Noire Jewelry Studio is not responsible for any shipping delays experienced through the carrier once the package has shipped from our studio. International shipping is available for all orders.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation containing a link to track your package.
US and Int'l Orders: All standard packages can be tracked on USPS.com.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If for any reason you are not in love with your piece, please let us know. We will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. You can return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days of the date received. Return shipping will not be refunded.

how should i care for my jewels?
Gold filled jewelry is a beautiful long lasting material that it is very durable. With proper care it will not chip, discolor or tarnish. To minimize signs of wear, avoid contact with liquids, perfumes, and lotions as they'll dull your pieces and cause them to wear quickly. Treat your jewels with love and care, and they'll last for a long time!
Can i place a Gift order for my bridal party?
Yes! We would love to be a part of your special day. For more information check our Bridal Gifts page. Orders of 5 pieces or more are considered a custom order. Please allow 5 business days to process and package custom orders. We require a 7 day return policy on all custom orders. If for any reason you are not in love with your purchase, please let us know by 7 days upon receipt.
